  • Starting Salary: $75,000/year
  • Commission, based on sales growth

PrintMyStuff, awarded and recognized as one of the Top 100 Small Commercial Printers in North America since 2017, seeks a Store Manager to join our Corona team. PrintMyStuff has always set itself apart from other local printers with the support of highly talented, driven, and hardworking individuals. The team desires to find an outstanding candidate who possesses a multifaceted skill set to be a key contributor in the business and company culture.

Position Overview

You will be responsible for managing and growing an established, successful printing services storefront with modern equipment and a talented staff. Additional resources include access to a larger corporate team of CSRs, designers, and production professionals at an off-site production facility for overflow and specialty work as well as a senior management team to support sales programs and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management
    • Staff: Provide support for pricing, sourcing, and production; Ensure staff harmony, attendance, and training
    • Sales: Identify and act on new and existing customer sales growth opportunities; Maintain awareness of competitors, including their pricing and offerings
    • Vendors: Identify, develop, and manage vendor relationships for supplies and services
    • Facilities & Equipment: Ensure cleanliness, regular maintenance, and safe and proper operation
    • Inventory: Monitor and maintain inventory of paper, ink, and parts
    • Production: Ensure that projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to all local and federal safety regulations
  • Sales Growth
    • Identify and engage new customers
    • Grow opportunities with existing customers
    • Help develop and refine our list of product offerings
  • Production
    • Print: Assist with running cut sheet digital print jobs, using Fiery Command Workstation DPFEs (impose, compose, job master), color calibration as needed
    • Bindery & Finishing: Assist with cutting, creasing, folding, stitching, drilling, laminating, packaging, bookbinding, and cleaning as needed
