Marketing Manager

PIP Printing Riverside/Corona – PrintMyStuff.com, awarded and recognized as one of the top 100 Quick & Small Commercial Printers in North America, seeks an energetic person to join our Marketing & Prepress team. PrintMyStuff.com has always set itself apart from other local printers with the support of highly talented, driven and hardworking individuals. The team desires to find an outstanding Marketing Manager, who possesses a multifaceted skillset to be a key contributor in the business and company culture.

Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for directing and conceptualizing all marketing elements, campaign development, and analyzing the effectiveness of all campaigns. Additionally, the successful candidate will manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building. The optimal candidate will also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles, and tactics while representing company culture.

Marketing

  • Create, direct, develop and manage all strategic marketing content
  • Review marketing analytics, performance and reports
  • Understanding of marketing related software: Mailchip, Constant Contact, Google Reviews and Adwords
  • Manage specific marketing lists and customer contacts
  • Marketing budget management

Creative & Design

  • Must be able to prepress and design: conceptualize branding, logos, marketing collateral, illustrations, catalogs, programs and multipage layouts
  • High level of understanding of print and digital fundamentals and requirements
  • High level of understanding of digital assist requirements
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and meet their creative needs
  • Marketing assets: email design, mail pieces, product Photography, swag creation

Website & Server Management

  • Basic understanding of server management: WHM, cPanel, Apache/PHP, VPS, hosting, domains, dns, ftp
  • Proficient with WordPress CMS
  • Familiar with WordPress plugins: wooCommerce, Gravity Forms, Dropbox, Yoast
  • Basic coding: html, css, javascript
  • Website mitigation, optimization, SEO, data asset management, google analytics and GSC
  • eCommerce, B2B websites, eDoc Builder

Technical Responsibilities

  • Assist basic network troubleshooting and workstation setup
  • Basic workstation management: software management, system updates, drivers and hardware
  • Manage software installations, licenses & credentials

Software & Programs

  • Efficient with Gmail, MacMail, Gsuite, Microsoft Word and excel
  • Adobe CS6: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Lightroom, Acrobat Pro
  • Basic Mac and PC understanding

Management Presence

  • Positive & inspiring leadership

  • Ability to successfully manage a team of prepress artists & technicians
  • Professional customer service
  • Effective communication with other fellow team members and clients
  • Ability to open/close the facility when upper management is absent

Bonus Skillsets

  • Print shop experience with knowledge of printer operation and supplies
  • Product Production: creative development, installations, basic finishing & bindery

Language Skills

Ability to catch spelling and grammar mistakes with ease. Thorough knowledge of grammar rules. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business correspondence and documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems in situations where only limited standardization exists.  Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills

Knowledge of basic office equipment and personal computers. Familiarity with software programs such as Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook. Must be able to effectively and efficiently utilize multiple Internet search windows. Individuals must possess the ability to learn and understand new software and other technology applications as introduced by the Company.
